Custom training plans can fit a range of backgrounds at a variety of points in the training year. Custom training plans are available to track & field athletes as well as athletes looking to improve speed and power. Many athletes complement Track & Field and Speed Training Sessions with a Training Plan. Training Plans involve:
a warm-up with several components
a main workout with directions
matching training modules involving technique, strength, or both, and
a matching cool-down
detailed directions
graphics
technique cues
videos when appropriate
