Training to reach a long-term goal or to make a sizable improvement in fitness requires a sustained commitment and careful planning.  A Training Plan will account for each individual's:

Custom training plans can fit a range of backgrounds at a variety of points in the training year. Custom training plans are available to track & field athletes as well as athletes looking to improve speed and power. Many athletes complement Track & Field and Speed Training Sessions with a Training Plan. Training Plans involve:

  1. a warm-up with several components

  2. a main workout with directions

  3. matching training modules involving technique, strength, or both, and

  4. a matching cool-down

  • detailed directions

  • graphics

  • technique cues

  • videos when appropriate
